Warranty, Refund & Shipping

we take our product warranty very seriously - in offline sales past 3 years, we have 0.5% warranty claim out of total order received. because we want to offer solution which will perform & remains long for years & years of its services. Hence, each device goes through 37-point test before its been dispatched to have the best experience by our customer - some of the major testing are - Torque test, functionality test, electrical test, vibration test, kibble size test etc. also, Autopet devices are tested with all major Cat & Dog food dry food kibble having different sizes for its best performance. “we want our customer to be confident on autopet products for its after sale support with deticated team”.

We are committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed logistic partner like Delhivery, Fedex,DHL,Wefast. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Government Registered Bookpost or Speedpost. We ship only around India. How the delivery charge is calculated for multiple units?Shipping is Free for standard speed. The shipping charge is specified separately for every product in case of fast or Superfast Charges For multiple products ordered the programmed adds up the total of all individual shipping charges. Thus, a customer who orders three products is charged the total of all individual delivery charges associated with each product. Thus the delivery fee is calculated separately when a customer orders different products. Our prices are all inclusive. How long does it take for an order to arrive? Orders are dispatched within 3-5 working days or as per the delivery date specified by you at the time of placing the order. Most orders are delivered within 7 to 8 working days. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. All the international order will be taken with different attention and will be communicated all the shipping mode before dispatch for customer satisfaction. Warranty: ALL Autopet PRODUCTS Comes with 1 Year of Replaceable warranty* custom built devices comes with 1+1 year of warranty, register product with its B/N & S/N on Website/ business whats app/Call +91-7709219855, request to register the product for warranty claim. We have indicator in the device which confirms the manufacturing defects or the wrong size kibble used or water damage, which reduces the discussion and helps to offer quicker resolution in warranty claim for direct replacement. Warranty Coverage: 1. Any electronic components failure 2. Power adapter failure 3. Any damage your experience due to transit when you receive 4. Manufacturing defects 5. Dispense motor. What is not covered in warranty: breakage or damage, water damage (autopet is splash proof not water proof, any damage due to wrong size of good bigger than the rated kibble size compatibility of particular model e.g.: C20, C50, C70 use the motor & conveyor suitable for 3-7MM size and is tested for 2000 Hours, if you use dog food which are bigger than that will cause problem in dispense, motor burn, conveyor damage. And indicator inside will confirm us if the wrong food size if take. damage due to wet food being used as the autopet product is designed for dispensing dry food. Which is not covered for warranty claim. wrong power adapter input other that the rated or which comes with device will attract device control system failure, which is not covered. Autopet uses plastic material and acrylic finish-which is made for careful use. If used and kept at stand still it’s been tested for no problem also no appearance will degrade. We have kept it to look premium which will add good appearance to you home object. However, if mishandled may break Storage container, cap handling breakages are not covered. What if the product is received in damaged condition?-If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost.
